The hotel is located in a bustling area where there are plenty of stores and food establishments. The buffet breakfast has a variety of dishes that changed every day. The room is equipped with LAN for internet connection and a small refrigerator.
The carpeting in the room needed cleaning and the furniture is a bit dated. The train station nearby is not as user-friendly as other train stations.

We stayed at this luxury hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service and even speaking English fluently. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to a bazaar where we could go for shopping and explore the local area.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great Location and amenities, friendly staffs. I had a great time during my city break at this hotel. the location was very convenient for me, close to the train station and a lot of restaurants. They provided complimentary bottled water and fruit in the room every day which was really nice. the breakfast spread was great, with a lot of variety.
Outdated decor and limited English TV channels. One downside was the outdated decor of the room, but everything was still in good working condition.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the city. It is close to various transportation options like Jhongli station, bus stop, and train station. The hotel's facilities are also impressive, and the staff provides excellent service. Cleanliness is a top priority, and the breakfast served is sumptuous.
